PLACING AN ORDER
+ It's fun and easy - Simply add to cart & checkout but PLEASE make sure to enter any and all requested info correctly because we only go by the info you supply. If you make an error, ITS OK but PLEASE email us so we can make corrections for you.
+ If you receive any declined card notification, we DO NOT have access to your card info on our end so please check to make sure you are entering your information correctly. If you are still being declined please call your issuing bank for more information on the decline.
+ After submitting an order you will receive an automatic Order Confirmation email. If you don't receive this email check your spam or possibly check the email you supplied(see above for any errors).
+ As a reminder all Shirttail Garters are sold as PAIRS because we want you to stay tucked on your right and your left.
+ We ship all in-stock orders usually within 1 business day at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
+ All items are shipped via the good ol' United States Postal Service. Now, they may not be the fastest and their tracking may not be most updated, but rest assured your item will arrive in 3-5 business days(please contact us if it doesn't). So, please be patient because without Mr. Postman we could not offer such afforable $5 flat rate shipping throughout the US.
+ Any items returned to sender for non-acceptance will be re-shipped ONE TIME at no cost. After which the order will be canceled and only the item total will be returned.
+ WE LOVE BEING ABLE TO SHIP OUR TUCKING PRODUCTS WORLDWIDE!! All prices on our site are quoted in US DOLLARS. Shipping costs for international orders are affordable and are calculated at checkout.
+ Again, we use the good ol' USPS because anyone else will cost you at least triple the price.
+ Delivery usually takes 6-10 business days HOWEVER please be aware that although we fill out all customs forms correctly we cannot guarantee your item will not be delayed by customs clearance. Also please be aware once in your country the package will be transferred to the care of your national postal service. You know them better than we do so if any issue arrises please be open to communicating with them directly. Only orders not delivered after a full USPS search will be considered lost and eligible for a full refund or re-shipping.
+ Finally, although some orders are delivered with no additional customs and/or international handling charges, some are, and we have no control over this. In which case we will not be responsible for any re-imbersment. Any items returned to sender for failure to pay these charges will only be credited for the item total and not the shipping cost.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason within 14 days simply contact us for a pre-paid return label. For quality issues after 14 days please contact us with a description of the issue and photo for a prompt solution or exchange.
We do our best to keep tight tabs on all inventory and make clear postings if items are out of stock or on backorder. However, if and when the rare occasion occurs that you purchase a product that is unknowingly out of stock or on backorder we will quickly contact you with the options of waiting, replacing with other styles, or canceling your order.
